Santorini’s beaches are primarily on the coastlines of the eastern and southeastern sides.  Along the coast of Oia, fantastic, remote beaches await, hidden from the main road's view: Baxedes, Koloumbos, and Pori.  Only to name a small few.

Day trips to Santorini’s nearby islands are highly recommended where one can explore Palea Kameni's hot springs and even more breathtaking volcanic configurations.  Santorini's dive centers provide an incredible opportunity for wall diving and exploring caves and wrecks.  Santorini is a haven for shoppers: boutiques, art galleries, not to mention scrumptios cuisine.  As for the island's nightlife, one will quickly find that during the warm summer months, Santorini doesn’t sleep.
